  • How should marketers deal with the fact that more and more industries implement the as-a-service concept, rather than selling tangable products?
  • How should retail companies deal with the fact that consumers use their physical stores as flag-ship stores, and then go online to complete the purchase?
  • How should international companies deal with digital divide when it comes to creating social media strategies?
  • Will companies benefit from letting customers be the product innovators?
